1. Are your fragrance samples authentic?
Yes, our fragrance samples are authentic. We only use genuine fragrances that we purchase directly from retail stores and authorized resellers. We take great care and use medical-grade syringes to decant our perfume samples. Please note that we are not directly affiliated with any of the brands themselves. We simply purchase their perfume, carefully decant it, and then resell it.
2. Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we offer fast, fully tracked courier shipping with 2-4 day delivery time frames to most countries worldwide. We also provide a slower and more affordable standard shipping option. All parcels are fully tracked and are usually dispatched within 24 hours (Monday to Friday) from our offices in London, United Kingdom.
3. Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, all orders are processed immediately, so we do not offer cancellations on any purchases. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they are ordering the correct items, and we are not liable for any accidents or mistakes made by the customer in this regard.
4. How long does dispatch take?
All orders are custom-made and are usually dispatched within 24 hours, Monday to Friday.
5. Is there tracking for my package?
Yes, you will be notified by email or phone once your order is dispatched and you will receive your tracking number. This tracking number can be used to get all the updates regarding your delivery.
6. Are there customs fees?
For imports up to the value of $800 USD in many countries including the USA, there are generally no customs charges. However, for other countries, please research the laws, as you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are enforced once a shipment reaches your country. It is the customer’s duty to research this before confirming a purchase, as any charges for customs clearance must be paid for by the customer. If you choose to refuse the customs fee and the parcel is returned back to namebottle, a return-to-sender fee and handling fee will be payable to your courier and deducted from your refund.
7. Do you offer shipping protection?
